Players

Respect for Others:

1. Treat all teammates, coaches, officials, opponents, and spectators with respect at all times.
2. Avoid derogatory language, trash-talking, or any form of unsportsmanlike conduct.
3. Support and encourage teammates both during practices and games.

Commitment:

4. Attend all practices and games punctually, notifying coaches in advance if unable to attend.
5. Give maximum effort during practices and games, striving for personal improvement and team success.
6. Stay attentive and follow the instructions of the coaches during practices and games.

Behavior:

7. Refrain from any form of bullying or harassment towards anyone.
8. Abide by all team rules and guidelines, as well as those set by the league.
9. Understand that inappropriate behavior may result in disciplinary action, including suspension or removal from the team.

 

Coaches

Professionalism:

1. Prioritize the safety and well-being of players above all.
2. Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate good sportsmanship at all times.
3. Stay updated with coaching techniques and basketball rules to provide the best guidance to players.

Communication:

4. Keep an open line of communication with players and their parents, addressing any concerns or feedback.
5. Provide constructive feedback to players, focusing on their growth and development.
6. Inform players and parents of any changes in schedules, venues, or other important team-related matters.

Integrity:

7. Avoid favoritism and ensure that all players receive equal opportunities and treatment.
8. Handle all disputes or issues with calmness, fairness, and professionalism.
9. Commit to the continuous development of the team and its individual players.

Parents

Support:

1. Encourage your child to give their best, focusing on effort rather than the outcome.
2. Appreciate and applaud good plays by both your child's team and their opponents.
3. Avoid coaching your child from the sidelines; trust the team's coaches.

Behavior:

4. Maintain a positive and respectful attitude towards all players, coaches, officials, and other parents.
5. Refrain from using derogatory language or engaging in any confrontational behavior.
6. Understand that disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in being asked to leave the venue.

Communication:

7. Address any concerns or feedback with the coaches in a constructive and respectful manner.
8. Keep coaches informed about any player absences or issues that might affect the player's participation.
9. Support team activities and functions, recognizing that building team spirit and camaraderie is crucial for the development of young athletes.
